About the shipping and handling
- We ship worldwide. We'll ship your orders to your customers directly.
- The Total Delivery Time is: Processing Time + Transit Time. We promise to dispatch your package within 2 business days and provide you with a tracking number.
- The shipping cost will depend on the weight and shape of the item(s).
Generally the transit time at normal status is as follow.
- For USA, it takes about 6 to 12 business days. (Not include remote areas and can't send to APO/AFO address).
- For United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and most other European Countries, it may take 4 to 12 business days.
- For Canada, Australia, New Zealand, it may take 4 to 12 business days.
- For customers in South America, it may take 10 to 25 business days.
- For other countries, it may take 10 to 40 business days.
(a). This transit time is just at normal status for reference, and for oversea delivery's uncertainty, it will be delayed often by customs efficiency, bad weather, sudden public emergency and changes in national trade policies etc. These are out of our control, we can't be responsible for these.
(b). Transit time listed does not include up to 2 day processing time (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays).
(c). Transit time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
(d). The Transit time table display on our website is statistics from our shippments database, it should not be a basis for refund.
All items sold by ZIIShop are guaranteed to be delivered in 45 days for USA, Europe, South And East Asian(Not include the remote areas) , 90 days for other countries. And all orders shipped from the US, EU, FR, ES, RU and AU warehouse are guaranteed to be delivered within 30 days. If you have not received your item(s) beyond this time, you are eligible for a full refund after we have conducted a postal investigation.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
- Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war etc;
- Any uninsured order that is lost or stolen;
- Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond ZIIShops control, such as public holidays and Customs issues.
- The packages is still in the guaranteed time.
Returns and exchange
We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
- If you have problems at use it, you can contact us for help first.
- If you receive a wrong or damaged item, or receive it with a quality problem, please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. And offer the photos or video to verify that. And tell us you need refund or resend.
- After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing and origin parts. We will offer you the returns address.
- Most returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund or resend.
- Return caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information,we won't take responsibility for the shipping cost of resend.
- Exchanges we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com to let us know. We will give you the refund address.
- You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Disposable products, damaged for Improper use, Modified.
- Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
- We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
- Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of without our agree.
The original shipping cost and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, the refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.
Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. Due to large quantities of shipments on Black Friday, there will be a one-week delay in the return process. Please be patient and we apologize for the inconvenience.
